Return/Exchange Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love all of your goodies from Lily and Day, but just in case there are any problems, here is our easy return policy. If you have any questions, call the store during business hours or send us an email at lilyanddaystl@gmail.com.

-Items can be exchanged for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of purchase.

-Items must returned unwashed, unworn, in new condition and original tags attached. Any items that do not fall within those guidelines will be sent back to you at your cost. Merchandise with makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume or smoke odor is non-returnable.

-Jewelry, camisoles, bralettes & bandeaus cannot be returned or exchanged.

-Ambre Blends products are final sale.

-Shoes can only be exchanged if they are unworn (NO WEAR at all on them) within the 7 day policy.

-All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

-Please include a copy of the receipt and your email address to receive credit information.

-Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

-If you're exchanging an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lilyanddaystl@gmail.com for a return authorization prior to sending it back, so we can make sure the size/color is available. Packages received without a return authorization will be sent back.
